How To Post Status On Facebook Using Google Assistant

Everybody knows about Google Assistant, but I believe that most of the people don’t know about all the things you can do with Google Assistant. Google Assistant is now exclusively available for Pixel device, but if you are on Android Marshmallow or CM13 you can still use Google Assistant on non-pixel devices with a simple tweak. I have already published lots of tricks on Google Assistant, and today I’m going to show you how to post status on Facebook using Google Assistant.

Recently I have introduced with a smartphone automated service call IFTTT, which you can use to automate almost all of the settings on your iOS and Android devices. And here I’m going to use IFTTT for Google Assistant to post status on Facebook using Google Assistant

How To  Post Status On Facebook Using Google Assistant

• I have already mentioned that we are going to use IFTTT, so you need to install the IFTTT application from Google Play Store or download IFTTT from this link.
• After installing IFTTT app on your device, open it and give the necessary permission.
• Now, on the app go to the search tab and search for Google Assistant, and click on the search result.
• There you will see all the Applets you can apply for Google Assistant, look for Post to Facebook by voice. Once you get it click on it.
• Now you need to turn on the Applets by clicking on that large button Written Off. And once you turn on the features it will ask you to write the command. There you can add your command or go with preset controls.
• Now save it, and you are all done with IFTTT.
• (Be sure to give permission IFTTT to control your Google Assistant)
• It’s time to try the method on Google Assistant. Now open Google Assistant window by long pressing the home button or saying OK Google. Speak, Post to Facebook ***** (replace ***** with your status), and don’t say the word THAT For example, don’t say – post to Facebook that, I’m testing IFTTT. Say – Post to Facebook I’m testing IFTTT.
• After you had completed the sentence, Google Assistant will reply you that the status is posted, and you can go to your Facebook timeline to check if whatever you said is posted.
