This Site Can’t Be Reached Problem On Jio Network Solution

If you are connected your PC with your Jio SIM installed smartphone and enjoying 4G data via hotspot and suddenly unable to open some websites, I’m here to solve this problem for you. I have also faced this problem and fixed it very easily. There are total two methods available to solve this problem on both Smartphones of Computer.

Jio blocks some of the sites to your SIM, and because of that, you face this kind of unusual error which is very annoying. To solve this problem follow any of the methods given below and start enjoying unlimited data without any block on Jio 4G.

1st Method

This method to solve Jio internet problem is very easy. In this method you need to try to contact a customer executive to solve this problem, yes I mean that you need to call the customer care service. Reliance Jio’s customer care phone number is 199. But if you are from Assam, just don’t waste your time to call customer care because they won’t receive you call no matter how many time you call them or wait, I don’t know about other states. Instead of that you can send a mail or write on their official Twitter page, they are more active than the call center guys.

2nd Method

This method is easier than the previous one. In this method you just need to install an extension to your browser on PC or an app on your Smartphone. Yes, I’m talking about VPN. This proves that Jio blocked that particular website for your Jio SIM, but you can access them very easily using VPN. There are lots of free VPN service provider available for Android and PC. Here I would like to mention about Hola extension for Google Chrome which is totally free and unlimited also. And Cloud VPN for Android which is free, unlimited and also fast in comparison to other free VPN providers.

Latest Working Method

This is the trick that worked for me. In this trick, you need to use the Google DNS to make the network work for all sites. The working Google DNS is –

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

Go to you network sharing center and from there click on your WiFi connection or ethernet connection name. After that click on properties and then find the Internet Protocol Verison 4 and then double click on it. After that fill the DNS as shown in the screenshot below.

Conclusion

These are the three simple but very effective method to solve your internet issue with Jio 4G SIM card. Using VPN can give problem sometimes, but it is good to go with till Jio customer care executive replies to your mail or take action against your problem.
